Inspired by Monsters University (Baby Mike)
I had to think how to distinguish between Young Mike and Baby Mike from the movie MU without making an over sized MU cap (I ran out of time)… Ah! Nickel coin! It worked and people got it this is a very young version of Mike. Rubber foam core with fleece fabric. Making smooth eyeball was hardest part just to keep wrinkles out.
Back in 2001 when I was in Monsters Inc. production, I made Boo’s costume. I used spherical plastic lamp shades that I got from ACE Hardware for eyeballs. My construction and sewing skills have been improved since then. However I still make a large costume… I’m sure next one will be as big as this one.
