optimizing my time at home… while i was sewing furiously (obsessed with those tiny 40 pillows) my printers were working hard. wanted to see The Dam Keeper themed boxes and chopsticks for a while, so here they are…
chopstick tops are 1.1cmx1.3cmx0.9cm with nozzle size = 0.4mm just though to capture head shape. Next time I’ll print with 0.25mm. both boxes and tops were modeled in maya, MeshMixer for inspection, Cura for printer setup. I think the latest firmware and software updates made the printing time estimate much accurate. modeling and print preparation for functional pieces takes time but the reward at the end is worth it! maya -> meshmixer -> cura
