arms

I always wanted to have buffed arms!

Modeling arms was fun because it was like modeling for mobility and I took creative license to make them muscular yet elegant. Usually I use rubber foam to create limbs just like constructing low-poly mesh. Being able to apply deals to the model was refreshing experience.

Spend time on modeling and splitting into pierces for printer ready. No infill on arms to speed up the printing but I gave 10% infill on the back of the hand since that’s the area likely to bump into something.  Why no infill? The weight of the hand had to be lite since I have to hold a rocket launcher prop on top of body parts. 10% infill with this particular printing orientation caused some holes on the model but applying the medium viscosity epoxy gave just enough coating to look solid without adding weight.
