modeling a head

I know I won’t have many hours to experiment with printing before Halloween and work-work is getting busy too. I also have to think about plan-b in case something goes wrong during printing such as rolling blackouts… it happens in NorCal when weather gets hot that they purposefully black out parts of the city to provide electricity where needed the most. Unfortunately, we have a drought this year but it is stabilizing the PLA moisture content so I know I can run the print anytime of the day.

I actually started modeling Rocket Raccoon (RR) in early Sept. after I’ve read about a Disney Infinity 2.0 game this fall. I’m not a gamer but like their little plastic figures. All I had as a RR reference was a youtube PR so I gave my best to “guess”how the final figure looks like. Also started designing arms to be wearable (by me). Oh, a rocket launcher… weight of the prop and a hand piece will be tricky till I know how much the non-laucher hand piece weigh.
